General Conditions of Sale
PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed by a non-professional customer (hereinafter "you") on the site https://mayssamastour.fr , operated by the company MAYSSA MASTOUR, registered under SIRET number 910 697 044 00014. By accessing the site and/or placing an order, you unreservedly accept these GTC. These may be modified at any time; only the GTC in force on the date of the order are applicable.
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered on the site. The information presented, including product photographs and descriptions, is provided for informational purposes only. Despite every effort made to faithfully reproduce the items, slight variations (particularly in color) may exist. Validation of any order implies full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. This validation is equivalent to an electronic signature, which has the same value as a handwritten signature.
ARTICLE 2: PRICE
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. MAYSSA MASTOUR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of the order. For deliveries outside mainland France, customs duties or other local taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 3: ORDER
Orders are placed exclusively online via the catalog available on the website. All orders imply acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. Promotional offers are neither returned nor exchanged. Orders are accepted subject to product availability. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be informed and the order in question will be automatically canceled.
ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT
The following payment methods are accepted: Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, American Express, e-Carte Bleue. MAYSSA MASTOUR does not store any banking information. Transactions are secured via a payment platform that complies with current standards.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided when ordering. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Available delivery methods:

Colissimo Suivi (France): Delivery within 48 working hours, without signature.

Colissimo International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Mondial Relay (France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Austria): Delivery to a relay point within 2 to 5 working days.

Chronopost: Delivery to a relay point within 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. MAYSSA MASTOUR cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss, theft, or damage to the package during transport.
ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. No refund will be made. In the event of an accepted return, you will be entitled to an exchange (subject to availability) or a credit note valid for 6 months from its date of issue. For any request, you must contact customer service by email at contact@mayssamastour.fr . Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
ARTICLE 7: RETURNS
Returns are accepted only for exchange or credit. No refunds will be given. Promotions, sales, and private sales are neither returned nor exchanged. Returns must be approved in advance by customer service, who will provide you with the procedure and shipping address.
ARTICLE 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the site https://mayssamastour.fr , including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logos, videos and visual or audio elements, is the exclusive property of the company MAYSSA MASTOUR. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, distribution, use or modification of these elements, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by the Intellectual Property Code.
ARTICLE 9: GUARANTEES
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code). In the event of a defective or non-compliant product:

Return shipping costs are covered by MAYSSA MASTOUR. After receiving and verifying the product, you will be offered an exchange, credit note, or full refund (excluding initial shipping costs), depending on your choice.
