RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
RETURN PROCEDURE
For any return request, the customer must contact customer service directly by email at contact@mayssamastour.fr . After receiving your request, we will send you the return form to complete. It is imperative to clearly indicate the reason for the return and to keep proof of sending the package, which may be required in the event of a dispute. No return will be processed without this prior step.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The products to be returned must be:

Any product that does not comply with these conditions may be refused by MAYSSA MASTOUR.
FORM OF EXCHANGE / HAVING
By default, returns result in the issuance of a credit note for an amount equivalent to the returned product (excluding delivery costs), valid on the entire online store https://mayssamastour.fr . No cash refund will be made, including in the event of a defect or error attributable to the company. In the event of an error made by MAYSSA MASTOUR (for example, wrong item sent or defective product), the return costs will be covered by the company and the customer can choose between an exchange or the issuance of a credit note for the total amount of the product.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when the return is not the result of a company error. In the event of an error in the delivery address or order attributable to the customer, the return and reshipping costs will also be borne by the customer.

Items on sale or on sale are not returned, exchanged or refunded.
